My account had a PWLL and I did not know I had set it and Rayyan at Alpha Futures helped me within 10 minutes. Customer service is done very well with Alpha Futures.

I can say it's the best Futures company in every way. No hidden rules, smooth withdrawals, and excellent support. Although I haven't withdrawn from this account yet, my experience has been fantastic.

Alpha Futures is one of the best, if not the best!! For months i've never had a problem with them on the payment side (with Stripe), but now i have a problem going on with the rebilling and it caused the closure of that account. For some reason the new payment platform (Nuvei) won't work with "Intesa San Paolo", it’s a bank from Italy. My main concern was that i will loose al profits from the closed account (and god i was so close to pass it!!) but they gave me their word that i'll have my profits back on the new account. A special thanks goes to Rayyan and Yousaf (especially to Rayyan) for reassuring me and answering to every question i've asked them, and they’re also very quick to respond. Never switching from them.

Experience with customer support Jack, my online customer support representative, was super helpful with the questions I had, he was patient and responded very quick, answers were straight foward and fast. Thanks Jack!
