I recently checked out this prop firm, and while the concept is good, there are several areas that need serious improvement. First, the website design feels extremely basic and outdated. In an industry where trust is everything, a simple and poorly structured website can make potential traders hesitant to sign up. A more professional, modern, and transparent interface would significantly improve credibility. Second, the plans and rules are quite complicated and different from what most traders are used to. For new users especially, this can be confusing. Simplifying the plans and clearly explaining the rules would make the platform much more accessible. Another concern is the response time from support. In trading, quick assistance is important, but the support team seems quite slow, which can be frustrating for users who need help. Overall, the firm has potential, but improving the website design, simplifying the plans, and speeding up customer support would greatly increase trust and attract more traders.
