I want to share my full experience transparently. Initially, my trading was going smoothly and I reached the payout stage. At that point, my account was flagged for alleged HFT activity due to two short-duration trades (around 30 seconds). From my perspective, this was normal trading during volatile market conditions, not systematic high-frequency trading. There were no prior warnings or soft breach notifications at the time the trades were executed, and the issue was only raised during payout, which was frustrating. However, after I explained my case and requested a detailed review, the company took the matter seriously. They reviewed my trading history thoroughly and decided to reset my account, giving me another opportunity. I appreciate that they were willing to reconsider instead of closing the case permanently. That shows professionalism and a willingness to resolve disputes fairly. I am currently giving 4 stars because while the final resolution was fair, I believe there is still room for improvement in transparency and real-time communication regarding rule enforcement.
